The Brentwood Arts Exchange’s Gallery is available to rent for private events. Rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, as the exhibition schedule allows. Rates vary depending on non-profit status, county and non-county residency, and whether an organization is arts-focused.

The Gallery can be rented for meetings or events only, after 7 pm on weekdays, 4 pm on Saturdays. The gallery may not be rented for exhibitions or for presenting arts programs. Rentals are subject to approval by the Facility Director, who will consider the safety of artwork on display during the event, as well as attendance, capacity, and other factors.

All rental requests require a completed application. Rental contracts are issued based on availability and rental needs. A refundable $100 security deposit is required at the time of booking and, rental payments are due in full 14 days in advance of the event. Rentals include access to the amenities. Use of the kitchen will include access to the refrigerator and the microwave for warming. All food brought into the Brentwood Arts Exchange must be prepared by a licensed Food Service manager. For catered events, a certificate of Insurance and Occupation License must be received by the Facility Director prior to approving the rental contract. Please note that home-cooked or other food not prepared by licensed food service companies is not permitted. Rental includes the use of up to 50 chairs and 20 folding tables.

All renters are expected to be fully aware of and comply with all rules and regulations.


Parking at the Brentwood Arts Exchange is limited. Guests may also use street parking.
