Non-Capital Grant Program

The Prince George's County Historic Preservation Commission’s Non-Capital Grant Program provides grants to support projects that identify, preserve, promote, and protect the historic, cultural, and archeological resources of Prince George's County for the benefit of the public and to encourage the revitalization of communities, that are not “brick and mortar.” These grants are intended to help produce and disseminate information, stimulate public discussion about preservation, make technical expertise accessible, and encourage community partnerships. The Grant Program can be used to pay for the costs of professional services such as preservation and planning consultants, planning studies, design work, and education. This program has a rolling application period, and applications can be submitted at any time. Completed applications can be sent to the Historic Preservation Section.
