Fee Schedule Update

Effective April 1, 2022, the Planning Department will be implementing the new Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations. With the new Ordinance, there are new procedures for which staff is recommending fees for services rendered. As such, staff has updated the fee schedule to incorporate changes specified in the new Zoning Ordinance. Many of the current fees will remain the same.

Per Section 27-8301 Fee Regulations of the new Ordinance, certain application procedures have fixed fees defined in the Ordinance. For example, the new Ordinance specifies the new fee amount for Planning Development Map Amendments. Other fees must be determined by the District Council. Review the full fee schedule draft with changes highlighted.
