Introduced through three-modules and amended in collaboration with County stakeholders, the revised draft includes zone consolidations, new use tables, standards for signage, lighting, and the built environment, procedures to determine adequate public facilities and for how the County should engage the community on development proposals, and provisions to address how communities are created through the subdivision process. Clarion Associates will review these changes at the upcoming community listening sessions.

Copies of the revised draft regulations is available at, and on CiviComment for public input at After the public comment period, the revised draft will be presented to the County Council for additional action and final approval.
