In accordance with each plan, Section 4.4, of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission Employees’ Retirement System, an annual adjustment to benefits, based upon changes in the Consumer Price Index, will be made effective July 1 each year.

The Board of Trustees met on March 6, 2018, and approved a 2.1% Cost-of-Living Adjustment, effective July 1, 2018, to all persons receiving benefits for at least six months prior to the effective date.
