M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation Announces
Openings of Wells Ice Rink and Several Indoor Pools
RIVERDALE, MD – The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, Department of Parks and Recreation announces the reopening of some popular indoor amenities. The community will be able to register for the following amenities at www.pgparks.com through the Department’s online registration system PARKS DIRECT on Thursday, October 1.
“With the changing of the seasons we are adding to the recreational activities we are reopening for our patrons. We are pleased to open several indoor pools and the Herbert Wells Ice Rink,” says M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation Director, Bill Tyler. “As always, we continue to follow the guidance of public health officials, and implement procedures and guidelines put in place to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons.”
